Meet the Founder

Nia Civil, founder of GGLOW Education, is a distinguished educator, curriculum designer, and educational consultant. With over a decade of experience in both general and special education, Nia has cultivated a holistic and personalized approach to learning. GGLOW Education, established in 2018, operates as a high-end boutique educational concierge service, focusing on aligning educational strategies with individual needs. Nia’s dedication to bringing clarity and empowerment through education shines through her multi-faceted expertise and strategic consulting. With a passion for fostering well-rounded, confident learners, Nia integrates innovative methods such as wellness practices and interactive learning into her educational programs.

Fun Facts: Nia is bi-coastal, with her main bases being Miami & Los Angeles. She is also in the Caribbean often.

Nia is a pageant queen, having been the first Miss Southwest for Miss World, Miss Universe Christiansted for the Virgin Islands, and currently is Miss Miami for Miss World as well.

Nia has lived in multiple parts of the US, the Caribbean, Cuba, and different regions of Italy.

In her free time, you can find Nia making art, doing yoga and pilates, and travelling!

- Bilingual/ENL Education, including SIFE and CALLA training

- Project WILD Certification - Nature oriented teaching pedagogy

Do you have package offerings?

Yes! ALL offerings are packages only. For edTPA/teacher clients, we have a few package options available that can be auto-booked at www.calendly.com/bookwithnia (this link is only for teacher clients, not parents).

When do you recommend booking?

The sooner, the better. Slots fill up quickly and we do not allow last minute sessions.

We need a private teacher on retainer.

That can be arranged, send us an email.

I would like a tutoring session. Should I work with Nia, or should I select one of her coaches/tutors?

Select whatever works best with your wishes and price range! Our tutors are highly competent, but our founder is available in select instances at request.

How do you select your educators?

Educators are highly vetted for skillset, empathy, and professionalism. Once onboarded, our providers are trained and repeatedly evaluated by our founder to ensure consistent quality of service.

I haven't started my edTPA yet, can I still book with you?

Yes. We help with any and ALL parts of your edTPA process, even the pre-planning. Want a session just so we can talk over what it even is? That can be done too.

I'm completing my teaching degree program and need help understanding assignments and planning out my observation lessons. Can you help?
